Are you ready to drive success and make an impact? As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in achieving sales goals by building strong relationships with our valued Superior Cloth & Stitch customers and prospects within your assigned territory. Your mission? To deliver exceptional results while championing our premium brands. This is an inside sales role, emphasizing virtual and remote engagement to achieve success.

In this role, you’ll primarily partner with existing accounts, while also seizing opportunities to engage with new prospects in our thriving wholesale channel. This includes working with laundry and distributor partners to sell our industry-leading Fashion Seal Healthcare and CID Resources group products to distributors and industrial laundries.

But that’s not all. You’ll collaborate with distributors and connect directly with hospitals, healthcare systems (IDNs), long-term care facilities, outpatient centers, and career colleges, promoting and selling our renowned Fashion Seal Healthcare, Wink, and Carhartt brands.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drives growth by actively prospecting and securing new accounts through a multi-faceted approach, including engaging phone calls, and impactful online presentations.
  • Strategically deepens engagement with existing, high growth potential accounts in order to identify opportunities to expand partnerships, increase sales, and strengthen client relationships for sustained success.
  • Identifies and cultivates new opportunities within the healthcare sector, working closely with distributors to build partnerships and secure new business
  • Collaborates closely with distributors and laundries to provide comprehensive training and support in order to drive mutual success and deliver exceptional results.
  • Navigates business environments to identify key decision makers
  • Develops and implements comprehensive annual territory sales growth strategies
  • Maintains up-to-date activity in a CRM system
  • Prepares and provides detailed monthly sales forecasts to guide strategic decision-making and ensure alignment with growth objectives
  • Creates marketing proposals and participates in efforts that drive demand for product and services
  • Creates and delivers high-impact presentations to customers/prospects
  • Represents the company at customer events and trade shows as needed, fostering relationships, promoting products, and staying informed on industry trends to drive business growth and visibility

REQUIRED EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in inside sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment
  • Deep understanding of organizational strategies and techniques
  • Skilled in generating and interpreting data to create actionable insights, and effectively communicating strategic plans that align with organizational goals and drive informed decision-making
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Demonstrates a strong desire to adopt new technologies, and maintains a curiosity about their potential to drive continuous improvement and adaptability

PREFERRED EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Experience with Salesforce and ecommerce platforms is a plus
