We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Buyer to support our growing Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channel. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring optimal inventory levels for our most critical styles, driving sales success for the business. You will work closely with the Sr. Director of DTC eCommerce and other cross-functional teams to manage inventory, analyze market trends, and support the growth of our DTC business.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the Sr. Director of DTC eCommerce in developing and executing buying strategies for the DTC channel.
  • Collaborate with the team to forecast future seasons for both new and existing styles.
  • Monitor product performance and make data-driven adjustments to purchase orders within the system as needed.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels by analyzing sales data, forecasting demand, and communicating with the demand planning team.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to manage delivery schedules and adjust product launch timelines as necessary.
  • Support assortment planning for the DTC website, Meta Shops, and Google Merchant Center.
  • Analyze product performance and provide recommendations for assortment adjustments and promotional activities.
  • Work closely with marketing, merchandising, and logistics teams to ensure timely product launches and optimal inventory levels.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of product listings on Winkscrubs.com.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on key performance metrics such as sell-through rates, size and color analysis, and overall product performance insights.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive products.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in buying, merchandising, or a related role, preferably in e-commerce within a SKU-rich environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Passion for the healthcare and apparel industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
