In this role, you will dedicate 50% of your time to providing top-notch administrative support to the
Division President, including managing calendars, coordinating travel, and overseeing general office operations. The other 50% will be spent as a Product Line Coordinator, collaborating closely with merchandising leadership to drive the day-to-day operations of our product lines across a diverse portfolio of brands.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ADMIN)
- Manages complex calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events across multiple time zones
- Coordinates travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries as needed
- Handles correspondence, prioritizes emails, and drafts communications on behalf of the President
- Maintains and organizes files, documents, and reports for easy access and retrieval
- Supports office operations, including supply management and general administrative tasks
- Prepares meeting agendas, take minutes, and follows up on action items
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES (PRODUCT LINE COORDINATOR)
- Seamlessly executes new style setup in Centric PLM, associated with seasonal newness launches, SMUs and other needs
- Performs routine, frequent and accurate execution of cost, pricing and MRP (product status) changes in system and clear and prompt communication with cross-functional partners
- Maintains product data integrity in multiple working systems including ERP (SAP), PLM, and product line sheets (PowerPoint/google slides), sales tools, etc. for existing (carryover) and new product
- Partners with Marketing to manage the end to end seasonal catalog development process inclusive of drops, adds and new collection introductions
- Assists with scheduling GTM milestone meetings in accordance progression of calendar
- Assists with Ad Hoc business reporting as needed
- Assists with meaningful consumer and competitive research as needed
- Attends all GTM meetings, taking thoughtful notes and provide prompt recaps to merchandising leadership
- MUST possess willingness to immerse deeply into learning about our product lines down to the collection-style-style color, size scales and how each items fits within Brand’s product construct across the portfolio
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in administrative roles, including calendar management and organizational support
- Interest in merchandising, retail, and general product creation is preferred (experience not required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work under tight deadlines
