JOB SUMMARY

The Marketplace Account Manager plays a vital role in driving demand for our healthcare apparel products across key marketplace accounts. This position involves collaborating with both internal teams and external partners to ensure our accounts are effectively represented throughout their business lifecycle. You will work closely with our creative team to deliver targeted marketing content and partner with finance, planning, and warehouse teams to create a seamless customer experience

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Account Manager for Key Marketplace Accounts

  • Serve as the primary liaison between SCS and account contacts at Target, Macy’s, Walmart, Tractor Supply, JC Penney, and other digital accounts.
  • Lead account planning, delivery, and forecasting efforts.
  • Collaborate with the internal planning team to develop sales forecasts and manage sales strategies.
  • Oversee KPI reporting and manage inquiries related to product uploads and content.
  • Develop and implement promotional and advertising strategies while managing P&L.
  • Ensure compliance and work with the warehouse team to streamline operational processes.

Salsify and Feedonomics Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for Feedonomics.
  • Manage product assortments using Salsify and Feedonomics platforms.
  • Communicate with the Feedonomics team to ensure effective management of our product listings.
  • Update taxonomy on partner sites through Feedonomics and retailer platforms
  • Remove SKUs from sites via Salsify and Feedonomics, ensuring timely delisting of products.
  • Utilize internal reports to manage inventory levels and adjust listings as needed.
  • Monitor MAP compliance and report any violations.

Support the Director of Marketplaces in managing key accounts such as Amazon and Carhartt.com by:

  • Providing backup assistance as needed.
  • Overseeing product uploads and ensuring accuracy.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to facilitate efficient product management.
  • Conducting KPI reporting and analyzing bulk buy data.

Assist the SVP of Digital with B2B account management for CCG and LEO, which includes:

  • Handling content uploads to ensure up-to-date information.
  • Compiling and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Bachelors’ degree in Digital Marketing or related field.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, go-getter attitude
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Amazon Vendor Central, Target Plus, Walmart Marketplace, Tractor Supply, Rural King, and Macy’s Online Marketplace
  • Understanding of key concepts including CPC, SEO, social media, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
  • Proven ability to create and implement retail and eCommerce-focused digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of Salsify, Feedonomics, customer flow, and web analytics.
