We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly skilled West Coast Territory Sales Manager within the apparel, uniform, or footwear industry.

As a leader in the industry, we pride ourselves on delivering unparalleled quality and innovation to our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our apparel products to retailers within your assigned territory and collaborating with sales professionals across the US.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prospect and secure sales for new accounts, in person, on the phone, and virtually through online presentations
• Penetrate existing high-growth potential accounts
• Navigate business environments to identify key decision-makers
• Establish and execute annual territory sales growth plans
• Maintain up-to-date activity in a CRM system
• Provide monthly sales forecasts
• Create and participate in marketing proposals and efforts that drive demand for products and services to develop marketing materials and proposals
• Make high-impact presentations to customers/prospects

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• 5 years of outside sales experience, calling on all levels of an organization including C-level
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Must have a high sense of urgency
• History of building sales book through persistent cold calling
• Apparel sales experience preferred

COMPENSATION: $95,000 – $125,000 base (varies by experience) plus bonus
