Superior Group of Companies, Inc., which includes High Performance Identity (HPI), Fashion Seal Healthcare (FSH), and CID Resources, Inc. (CID) (collectively, “us,” “our,” or “we”) is in the business of helping other businesses elevate their brands through the provision of workday apparel and uniforms. Most of our business is directly with other businesses or corporations and not with individuals. Nevertheless, we do collect and use some Personal Information offline and through our websites at www.superiorgroupofcompanies.com, www.hpi.net/, http://fashionsealhealthcare.com, and www.cidresources.com. This privacy policy tells you about the information we collect, use, disclose, and store outside of the business-to-business context when you (1) interact with, or use, our websites; (2) communicate with us; or (3) use our products, services, or applications (collectively “Sites and Services”).

While no one can guarantee your Personal Information is completely secure at all times, we use administrative, organizational, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the Personal Information we collect and process. Occasionally information will be shared with third parties and if you make a request regarding your information that will be passed along to any needed third parties to ensure your request is complete. We do not share information that identifies you personally with non-affiliated third parties for their own marketing use without your permission.
If you make a request concerning your personal information you must provide us with enough information to identify you and find the requested data. We will only use the provided information to complete your request and for compliance and legal purposes.

You may submit a Consumer Request to receive information about our data collection practices. You may request information on the categories of personal information (as defined by law) collected about you; the categories of data collection sources; business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling personal information; the categories of third parties with whom received your personal information, if any; and the specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
Please note that the categories of personal information and sources will not exceed what is contained in this Privacy Policy. Additionally, we are not required to retain any information about you if it is only used for a one-time transaction and would not be maintained in the ordinary course of business. We are also not required to reidentify personal information if it is not stored in that manner already, nor is it required to provide the personal information to you more than twice in a twelve-month period.

Cookies And Related Technologies
As noted above, we collect information about the device you are using through cookies and related technologies. Pixel Tags
In addition to cookies, we may use “pixel tags,” including Facebook Pixels. Pixel tags are small graphic files that allow us to provide measurement services and target ads. A pixel tag can collect event information such as the URL of the page on which the pixel tag appears, the time the page containing the pixel tag was viewed, the type of browser that fetched the pixel tag, and the identification number of any cookie on the computer previously placed by that server. A pixel tag can also collect your contact information, such as your email address. Our Sites and Services are directed at adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 18, we will promptly delete that information.
