Superior Uniform Group Announces Multiple Promotions

The company ends 2017 with the promotion of key leaders.

Superior Uniform Group, Inc. announces the January 1st 2018 promotions of 8 leaders in the company.

George Schools, Facilities Supervisor promoted to Global Safety, Security and Facilities Manager.
George joined Superior Uniform Group in 2013, as Shipping Coordinator. In his new role, George will also assume responsibility for planning and executing programs in all locations that enhance the safety and security of Superior Uniform Group’s employees.

“George has proven to be a dedicated and resourceful problem-solver with the ability to develop effective solutions to a myriad of issues,” said Andy Demott, COO, CFO & Treasure of Superior Uniform Group. “His promotion is the result of hard work and dedication. He has risen all the way from his role in the mail room to a significant management role overseeing our corporate safety and security programs across the company.”

Marcus Creighton, Shipping Coordinator promoted to Facilities Supervisor.
Marcus joined Superior Uniform Group in 2015 as Shipping Coordinator. From the very beginning, Marcus focused on organization, streamlining processes, and providing dedicated support to our complex and demanding shipping requirements.

According to his manager, George Schools, “This promotion rewards Marcus’s efficient handling of multiple priorities and his ability to assume responsibility for facilities management.”

Richard Granzow, Director of IT promoted to Senior Director, Information Technology.
Rick joined Superior Uniform Group in 2013 as Manager of Network/Systems Administration, bringing with him close to 15 years of experience in his field.

As the Senior Director of Information Technology, Rick is responsible for the planning and implementation of technology solutions to support our business. “This promotion reflects Rick’s increasing scope of responsibility and his commitment to continuous learning and implementation of systems and processes to support our growing business,” said Mark Decker, Chief Information Officer of Superior Uniform Group.

Leslie Kogelmann, Senior Director of Customer Excellence promoted to Vice President of Customer Excellence.
Leslie started her career with Superior Uniform Group in 1992. In her divisional role as VP of Operations for Fashion Seal Healthcare, Leslie manages all of Fashion Seal Healthcare’s operations and travels extensively across the country to oversee the roll-out of our essential healthcare client customers.

Leslie’s promotion to Vice President of Customer Excellence is recognition for her lifelong commitment to Superior customer satisfaction and the realization that the job of making our customers fans will never be completed.

Joshua Lown, Supervisor, The Office Gurus promoted to Superior Uniform Group, Manager, Customer Care.
Josh started his career at Superior Uniform Group as a Customer Service Agent with The Office Gurus in 2013. His strong leadership skills and commitment to the success of The Office Gurus led to his promotion to Supervisor, The Office Gurus in 2015.

In mid-2017, Josh transferred from The Office Gurus to Superior Uniform Group as Manager in training, Customer Care under the direction of Dan Oester. Josh’s career growth is another success story highlighting the fact that the company recognizes leadership and customer-focused performance when it selects management successors.

Dan Oester says, “The addition of Josh to our team has brought a fresh perspective in ways of looking at how we service our customers and will allow us to continuously strive for a better customer experience. I have no doubt Josh will be very successful in his new role and will continue to push our customer care team to exemplify our company motto of “Customers First, Every Time’.”

Daniel Oester, Customer Service Manager promoted to Director of Customer Excellence.
Dan began his career with Superior Uniform Group in 2007 as an Inside Sales Representative. Dan’s contributions to the pursuit of excellent customer service have continued to bring us to a higher level of service for our customers and has resulted in his corporate promotion to Director of Customer Excellence.

“Dan has been instrumental in the success of our Customer Excellence program,” said Leslie Kogelmann, Vice President of Customer Excellence. “His ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex situations and propose solutions allows Superior Uniform Group to give our customers the best experience possible.”

Sara Phelps, VP Client Services, HPI Direct promoted to Senior Director Client Services.
Sara began her career with HPI Direct in June 2006 as Quality Assurance Manager. Sara’s substantial contributions to HPI have resulted in her corporate promotion to the Senior Director position.

“I had the pleasure of hiring Sara 11 years ago and watched her role and responsibilities grow along with our company”, said Kirby Sims, HPI founder, and current President. “Sara’s ability to listen to our customers’ complex needs and then execute at an operational level will serve her well in her expanded role.”

Sara will report directly to John Sabol, incoming President of HPI Direct who said, “I couldn’t be more excited to work alongside a professional of Sara’s caliber. She will continue to play a key role in the future growth of HPI Direct and Superior I.D. as we focus on our customers’ ever-expanding needs and requirements.”

Dan Schwartz Director, Fashion Seal Healthcare promoted to Senior Director, Fashion Seal Healthcare.
Dan started his career with Superior Uniform Group in 2011 as an Assistant Project Manager. In 2013, Dan was promoted to Manager of Sourcing, and in 2016, was promoted to Director of Operations, Fashion Seal Healthcare Indirect.

Dan’s commitment to continuous improvement to the customer-facing operations of Fashion Seal Healthcare has helped better position the future success of this very important division.
