Videographer/Motion Graphics Editor (Coppell, TX)

The Videographer / Motion Graphics Editor is responsible for all areas of video production from pre-production through post. This role will work closely with other studio team members to shoot photos and video footage, edit video, and animate motion graphics. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and is willing to go the extra mile. This position is based in our Coppell, TX office and reports to the Studio Manager.


  • Manages all areas of video production from pre-production through post including shoots, video editing, color grading, and motion graphics animation
  • Assists the team in setting up and operating photo cameras, video cameras, lights, mics, etc. for in-studio and on-location photo/video shoots
  • Creates video and gif deliverables used across multiple platforms, including: website, social media ads, emails, in-store TVs, trade show booths, etc.
  • Sets up and runs multi-camera live streams in studio for events and meetings
  • Creates and manages shoot documents including shot list, shoot schedule, etc.
  • Renames video files and organizes storage of footage/project files across local and backup data storage locations.
  • Uses the team’s workflow platform (Wrike) for project management, proofing, and delivery
  • Collaborates effectively with internal and external clients to support the production process and ensures brand guidelines and technical requirements are being adhered to
  • Assists with event production needs (e.g. tradeshow, sales meeting, brand events, etc.)
  • Performs other photo, video, AV, or general marketing tasks as assigned by the team



  • 8+ years of video production experience
  • Strong demo reel and portfolio demonstrating excellence in shooting video, editing, color grading, and motion graphics/2D animation
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects required
  • Must work at least 3 days/week in the Coppell, TX office
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to lift 50 lbs
  • Flexibility to work nights/weekends/travel as needed (10%)
  • Comfortable working with remote team members, using Zoom
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, shifting and prioritizing as needed in a deadline-driven environment
  • Must be detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
  • Must possess strong oral and written communication skills
  • Must be a team player


  • Experience in apparel industry is preferred
