CID Resources is a fashion-forward, cutting edge, leading manufacturer of medical apparel and accessories.  Every day we strive to capture the fresh, fun and exciting essence of uniforms for medical professionals across the globe.  We are currently searching for a data-driven sales and digital marketing analyst to showcase their expertise alongside a team that rallies around each other to meet goals and win big.

This position reports to the Manager of Sales Planning and Analytics and is responsible for helping to lead the company’s efforts in creating tools and utilizing data to increase revenue, profitability as well as adding value through a fact based approach to business planning with a focus on the ecommerce channel.  In this role you will be the liaison between sales and the various internal departments; and work cross functionally with internal stakeholders to improve, develop, and advocate new opportunities to drive conversion across multiple channels and retailers.  This position turns data into information, sales stories, and insights to improve decision making and drive consistent profitable growth; and works alongside other department members in the development of turnkey processes such as forecasting, dash boarding, and KPIs


  • Plays a lead role in the analytics of pure play and omni-channel business partners
  • Understanding of the entire eCommerce platform in particular website evaluation; and metrics. Candidate must have experience in DTC; Pure Play and Omni-Channel segments
  • Assists the sales team’s efforts in forecasting by creating tools and utilizing point of sale so as to provide insights and recommendations regarding inventory needs
  • Works as a liaison between the sales organization and the Planning and Operations team to align sales and inventory
  • Participates in monthly inventory consensus and S&OP Meetings
  • Creates sales tools using available data/POS and publishes those tools on a regular basis
  • Actively engages with ecommerce partners in the analysis of POS
  • Thinks outside the box, utilizing all potential data sources to identify business building opportunities and white space
  • Creates templates and dashboards for measuring KPIs
  • Works within our CRM System customizing dashboards and publishing relevant information
  • Partners cross functionally with Marketing/Design to create customer/sales presentations
  • Works directly with accounts on scorecard and POS analysis



  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with sales analytics
  • Understanding of the entire eCommerce platform in particular website evaluation; and metrics  Candidate must have experience in DTC; Pure Play and Omni-Channel segments
  • On-Line merchandising and catalog management experience a plus
  • Experience working with major retailers (Walmart/Amazon/Target)
  • Customer facing experience working with their specific portals (Retail Link/Partners online/vendor central/etc.)
  • Exceptional Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) proficiency
  • Experience in CRM Software a plus. Prior experience creating customized dashboards and KPI’s
  • Ability to use data to build sales presentations and identify opportunities
  • Strong presentation skills
