JOB SUMMARY
We’re looking for talent sourcers who are passionate about finding great candidates and building relationships with them. Talent sourcers will support our recruiting team to manage the full cycle recruitment process.
In this role, you will be at the tip of the spear for the most important growth strategy at a company that is obsessed with growth. You will shape our culture, bring in our most valuable resource (people), and be directly responsible for developing a key revenue generating strategy of our business. You will be responsible for identifying, connecting with, and helping to recruit the best sales talent in our industry. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, an excellent communicator, a passionate brand advocate, able to manage complex systems and processes throughout the recruiting lifecycle, who shows up with consistency and professionalism every single day and who can develop deep and meaningful relationships with our sales candidates.
