JOB SUMMARY

We’re looking for talent sourcers who are passionate about finding great candidates and building relationships with them. Talent sourcers will support our recruiting team to manage the full cycle recruitment process.

In this role, you will be at the tip of the spear for the most important growth strategy at a company that is obsessed with growth.  You will shape our culture, bring in our most valuable resource (people), and be directly responsible for developing a key revenue generating strategy of our business. You will be responsible for identifying, connecting with, and helping to recruit the best sales talent in our industry. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, an excellent communicator, a passionate brand advocate, able to manage complex systems and processes throughout the recruiting lifecycle, who shows up with consistency and professionalism every single day and who can develop deep and meaningful relationships with our sales candidates.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for new candidates in the hiring process and play a critical role in identifying talent to join BAMKO by:

  • Identifying, attracting, and evaluating mostly passive candidates through a variety of search methods to include, but not limited to social media, applicant tracking system, job boards, networking, etc.
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with prospects
  • Developing and building creative sourcing strategies to grow talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand position requirements and support them in efforts to find the best candidates in the market
  • Creating exceptional experience by maintaining excellent communication and guiding candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Working with leadership to promote BAMKO branding
  • Identifying and recommending opportunities for Talent Acquisition process improvement
  • Tracking and recording sourcing results within Recruitment Platforms

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, either agency, in-house, or a combination of the two.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust with candidates and sources of candidate referrals.
  • Experience implementing sourcing strategies that go beyond LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Consistent communication skills and very clear and effective communication.
  • Experience implementing and maintaining candidate sourcing and tracking systems.
  • Ability to work autonomously and be a self-starter who achieves results within a distributed workforce
