JOB SUMMARY

BAMKO is currently seeking a reliable Pick Packer to join our warehouse team, located in Phoenix, AZ. The primary responsibility of this position is to pick orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The Pick Packer will report directly to the Warehouse Supervisor.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pick orders from inventory racks according to sheet or pick list.
• Ensure that picked items are accurate, undamaged, and of the appropriate quantity.
• Notify supervisor of any inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including keeping shelves and packing areas free of debris and clutter.
• Comply with all safety regulations and guidelines.
• All other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift heavy objects (up to 30 pounds)
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
