The Marketing Traffic Coordinator is responsible for supporting Marketing Shared Resource (MSR) projects throughout Superior Group of Companies.  The role reports to the Senior Director, Marketing Operations.


  • Collaborate closely with MSR Team to align campaign deliverables, process, best practices and efficiencies
  • Partner with the Senior Director, Marketing Operations to manage timelines and monitor MSR Team project asset delivery schedules
  • Liaison between appropriate team functions, including MSR Team and internal partners, to ensure that projects are kept on schedule and that project statuses are updated and communicated on an hourly, daily, weekly and monthly basis in Wrike
  • Collaborates with internal and/or external clients to ensure MSR Team is provided complete project specifications
  • Partner with MSR Team on tracking asset reviews and approvals in Wrike ensuring that all content is taken through proper Regulatory, Quality, Stakeholder, Executive and Legal reviews
  • Ensure documentation of all necessary approvals are saved by the MSR Team in Wrike, then continually measures and reports on progress of those projects
  • Ensures timely distribution of assets by the MSR Team
  • Traffics materials specific to the needs of other departments and stakeholders
  • Ensures availability of marketing elements to internal and external clients
  • Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors and vendors
  • Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications plus a minimum of 3 years of experience supporting marketing/creative teams in day-to-day project coordination, or Associate’s Degree plus 5 years of experience
  • Marketing, advertising or creative agency experience preferred with excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Comprehensive computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with project management tools and software such as Wrike, Asana or Smartsheet
  • Experience working with colleagues on projects that are for different geographies, including U.S., Latin America and Europe
  • Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Ability to leverage and/or engage others to accomplish projects
  • Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization
  • Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance in office, virtual or hybrid work environment
