JOB TITLE:            Sales & Operations Manager

 STATUS:                Exempt


The Sales and Operations Manager oversees the daily operation of Univogue, a subsidiary of Superior Group of Companies, in Dallas, TX. The manager will interface directly with Univogue’s customers and Suppliers. This role will manage employees involved in pattern making, quality checking and warehousing.


  • Provide thorough and accurate costing of all orders to ensure gross margins are maintained
  • Prepare and submit for payment fabric, trim and contractor invoices
  • Develop quality network of cut & make suppliers to support customer’s orders
  • Process and check all purchase orders as they are received, then assign to each department and contractor responsible for production.
  • Manage the preparation of sewing, and cutting contracts for each purchase order and ensure all product specifications are provided to each contractor
  • Maintain and manage the inventories on trims and fabrics to support order flow.
  • Provide monthly projected sales forecast for all assigned customers and manage weekly production schedules
  • Manage quality control through in-house quality inspection and by visiting sewing contractors to check the sewing quality and production
  • Work with client buyers to resolve any issues with styling and special deliveries



  • HS Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in apparel manufacturing
  • Experience working/interacting directly with customers


  • Experience managing a small business
