We are seeking a passionate, energetic, and inquisitive college intern to support our human resources team with projects in HR areas such as benefits, payroll and HR systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct HRIS data audit and clean-up
Participate in automation initiatives
Participate in tasks related to learning and development, payroll, benefits administration, and recording-keeping

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Must be actively working towards a Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Must have completed at least 48 credit hours
Knowledge of basic Human Resources principles
Strong Word and Excel skills

COMPETENCIES

Strong verbal and written communication skills
High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility
Motivation and strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
