Job Title:          HR Coordinator

 Status:              NonExempt

Objective:        The HR Coordinator provides accurate administrative support to two facilities located in Seminole Fl, and Alpharetta, GA for general human resources related areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as initial contact for Human Resources inquiries regarding policy administration, payroll and benefits.
  • Generate ideas, plan, and coordinate all employee functions which include employee breakfast meetings, holiday parties, and other employee events.
  • Maintain employee files electronically including tracking of all handbook and policy signatures, updates and postings.
  • Assist in new hire orientation.
  • Complete exit interview processes.
  • Perform benefits and payroll audits and general administrative duties.
  • Responsible for the administration and monitoring of online compliance training
  • Other Duties/Responsibilities as required.

Requirements:

Required Education/Skills/Experience

  • 1-3 years’ related HR experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • ADP or other HRIS experience preferred
