Director, B2B Digital Business (Remote)

CID Resources is a fashion-forward, cutting-edge, leading manufacturer of medical apparel and accessories.  Every day we strive to capture the fresh, fun and exciting essence of uniforms for medical professionals across the globe.  We are currently searching for a Director, Digital Business-to-Business Platforms to enable us to meet the needs of and accelerate our growth with our retail partners.

The Business-to-Business Digital Director oversees all activities related to CID’s business to business digital platform including product development and implementation. You will also work with our key retail partners, marketing and digital teams to build digital strategies that accelerate ecommerce growth of our brands on retailer sites.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Captures and communicates retail user needs to feed product enhancements  for B2B platform resulting in a dynamic, industry-leading customer experience for wholesale partners
  • Partners with internal and external technical development partners to bring B2B vision to life
  • Partners with sales and marketing team to grow platform adoption via customer engagement campaigns and communication
  • Manages seasonal storytelling and assets on B2B platform
  • Manages and reports on key KPIs including traffic, adoption, conversion etc.
  • Monitors data integrity for product and information being utilized by the B2B platform
  • Collaborates with wholesale partners and sales reps to build ecommerce strategies to accelerate sales of company branded (Wonderwink, Carhartt and Zoe and Chloe) products on retailer sites
  • Ensures partners have right strategy, marketing assets, and digital content to accelerate sales

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 3+ years managing a B2B platform in apparel or footwear business
  • Experience with ecommerce and digital shelf management
  • Experience interacting or supporting sales team with digital focus
  • Experience managing digital shelf and managing retailer media investment

  • Organizational Savvy – Project Managers gather and accurately assess information related to the organization’s formal and informal communication channels and power relationships
