POSITION OVERVIEW

The Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Manager leads internal and client-facing digital programs including: company websites, ecommerce businesses, digital advertising, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing and advertising and commerce within the Amazon ecosystem. Responsibility is across companies within SGC as well as with SGC clients and consumers.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assists the EVP Marketing in developing annual Digital/Omnichannel Marketing Plans and Budgets for companies within SGC, including but not limited to SGC Corporate, Fashion Seal Healthcare®, HPI™ and CID Resources. Future additions may include BAMKO® and other companies.
  • Consistently updates knowledge of current digital marketing and ecommerce trends, opportunities and challenges.
  • Leads execution of all digital marketing tactics in the Marketing Plans including planning and executing media buys, planning social media cadence, planning and executing email campaigns, developing and deploying advertising and social media assets.
  • Manages outside agencies, freelance resources, direct and indirect reports.
  • Acts as Producer for digital development projects (e.g. microsites, ecommerce, etc).
  • Develops and executes account-specific digital marketing tactics to support Sales and Marketing programs/initiatives.
  • Creates and maintains seasonal product data “Master Files” for CID Resources (3 seasons per year) to feed to customer ecommerce and Omnichannel retail including marketplaces.
  • Prepares and presents analysis/measurement of digital marketing programs in partnership with Sr. Director Marketing Operations.
  • Utilizes digital workflow systems to support all Shared Service Digital Marketing functions.
  • Attends corporate and industry- related events and trade shows

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field required
  • 3-5 years of digital marketing experience in B2C space with B2B experience a plus.
  • Category experience preferred in one or more of the following: retail (any category), branded promotional merchandise, uniform apparel
  • Experience working in a multi-client environment at an agency or internal service team.
  • Commitment to delivering and continuously improving excellence in customer service.
  • Ability to create and understand data related to business, then communicate the desired plan based on that data.
  • Advanced proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Proficiency in email marketing systems (e.g. Constant Contact, Pardot)
  • Proficiency working within the Amazon ecosystem (e.g. Amazon Advertising, AMS, ARAP, Brand Registry, etc)
