JOB SUMMARY

The Janitor will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the offices, breakrooms, and bathrooms of the workplace. This position will perform basic cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the bathrooms and restocking supplies as needed.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clean and maintain office spaces, breakrooms, bathrooms, facilities and docks.
• Sweep, mop, dust, and vacuum floors
• Empty trash cans and recycling bins
• Clean and sanitize bathroom fixtures, replenish supplies as needed.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and fixing leaky faucets.
• Keep cleaning supplies stocked and organized.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning protocols.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment and furniture as needed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred, but not required
• Flexible schedule and availability to work outside of regular business hours if needed.
• The ability to work in a warehouse environment and exposed to weather.
