The Client Service Manager oversees, coordinates and executes strategic activities for support small program accounts.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with all corporate-level customer decision makers, influencers and stakeholders, providing a single point of contact for all corporate customer needs and requests. 
  • Provide project management, including project planning, task management, timelines and status reports. Initiate requests, and coordinate with all internal departments and resources, to assure customer needs and requests are completed in a timely fashion.
  • Identify, drive and close sales penetration opportunities.
  • Construct cost-sell analysis and provide strategic pricing.
  • Maintain close contact with internal team members to monitor service levels, call trends and program changes or demand changes
  • Initiates, executes and manages field marketing and promotion programs. 
  • Properly maintain account, contact, opportunity and activity information, including inputting and updating monthly sales forecasts.
  • Focus on continuous improvement of program items, program management, marketing materials and customer service.
  • Other Duties/Responsibilities as assigned.  
  • Associates Degree required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in account management role, dealing with products and multiple SKUs
  • Microsoft Office experience, Excel proficiency

Asking clarifying questions to ensure understanding and to get more information and rephrase what is said to check meaning and interpretation. 
  • Time Management – ability to manage multiple responsibilities by being organized and keeping on top of important time-sensitive tasks.
  • Professionalism — Meticulously adhering to values such as courtesy, respect, honesty and responsibility in all dealings with peers, managers, customers, partners, members of the community and other stakeholders

Having the ability and propensity to recover quickly from setbacks, rejections, and conflicts and to maintain self-control in the face of hostility or provocation.
