JOB SUMMARY

This position works and communicates directly with the Sales Representatives and Client Services Managers to support key processes.  The Business Development Coordinator acts as the project manager and orchestrates information to and from several departments including: Design, Purchasing, Marketing and Manufacturing Utilities (embroidery, patterns and samples).

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develops and works as liaison with the sales organization for all sales presentations and supporting materials
  • Brings opportunities to a successful conclusion from initial presentation, implementation of new programs for existing and acquired customers, as well as the exit strategies for a customer’s program working with various departments in the building
  • Assists with team selling
  • Manages the maintenance of current customer programs and pricing
  • Partners with Legal to execute customer contracts
  • Prepares reports as needed
  • Supports marketing campaign design
  • Coordinates special projects
  • Other duties/responsibilities as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED SKILL/EDUCATION/EXPRIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years’ sales support experience required
