The TOG Sales Manager leads a team of sellers, supporting them in closing the sale or taking over the close process for them as needed.  The primary responsibility of this role is to finalize deals with customers while managing the sales people who cold-call, develop and nurture business relationships.


  • Leading and developing a new team of Sales Development Representatives (SDR’s) and ensuring their effectiveness in managing their time, follow ups, and tasks.
  • Demonstrating expertise in prospecting, door opening, appointment setting, and other sales techniques essential for achieving top performance and meeting sales quotas. Additionally, producing, iterating, and innovating sales scripts and strategies that help SDR’s in securing appointments with Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Creating, deploying, and analyzing prospecting cadences, encompassing cold calls, social media and personalized emails to connect with the right persons at target companies and generate leads.
  • Establishing and refining a culture of continuous improvement through regular sales trainings, demonstrations, role- playing, team stand-ups, incentive programs, regular 1:1 coaching, performance-improvement-plans, etc.
  • Driving and implementing improvements for the team while executing additional strategies to enhance their overall performance. Additionally, providing key insights into the competitive landscape.
  • Working closely with department leaders to ensure the sales team qualifies and schedules successful meetings to expand the new business pipeline and achieve revenue growth targets.


  • You have at least 5 years of BPO sales experience and at least 5 years of leading outside sales teams
  • You have a proven record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
  • You possess substantial experience in sales, business development, and sales leadership.
  • You are knowledgeable about industry trends and market dynamics.
  • You are skilled at devising strategies for identifying, qualifying and reaching out to new prospects.
  • You possess a passionate “will to win” attitude.
  • Ideally you hold a Bachelor’s Degree, but this is not a requirement
