Account Planner/Analyst (Coppell, TX)

  • The Account Planner/Analyst will work closely with our sales leads and key accounts to ensure sales forecast accuracy as well as identify sales opportunities for revenue.
  • Handles account-level planning for key accounts
  • Manages/teaches account planning to key account team
  • Presents opportunities based on POS and Plan
  • Provides strategic, objective guidance from a planning POV
  • Manages Demand Review, quarterly reviews with accounts, etc.
  • Develops & presents trade-specific reporting on futures, at-once, and discounts
  • Participates/leads all owned team meetings
  • Conducts seasonal performance reviews with product/merchandising team
  • Other projects as necessary



  • Bachelor’s degree required or 10+ years of working experience
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of account planning experience, preferably in apparel
  • Proficiency in the full suite of Microsoft Office with a very high proficiency in Excel
  • Highly analytical with a proclivity to dive deep into data, interpret, and make data-informed decisions
  • Ability to understand current business drivers and trends, identify emerging trends as well as current/potential liabilities, with a bias for action
  • Ability to create ad hoc reports and KPI dashboards
  • Ability to successfully build and maintain collaborative relationships to work effectively together as a team to achieve shared goals
  • Earns trust across all levels of the organization by listening, learning, speaking candidly, and respecting others
  • Highly effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
